One word…adorable! | Lethbridge Child Photographers

Recently I had the pleasure of going out on a shoot with my photographer friend, Devon Durocher. It was a big family shoot of 17 and while Devon got the group shots, I wandered around and got some random casuals of the kids. These kids we sooooo cute! Little M was just a dream to shoot! And the location…OMG…it was a photographers dream.

Cara & Steve : Wedding | Pincher Creek Wedding Photographer

On Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Cara and Steve in Pincher Creek. It was a beautiful day for a wedding. Cara was amazingly calm and you could just tell how excited and happy she was to be getting married! As she slipped into her wedding dress she just beamed:)

Here are a couple of sneak peeks while I hammer away at the processing. More to come later:)

Individuality: Devon | Lethbridge Photographer

Individuality: the particular character, or aggregate of qualities, that distinguishes one person or thing from others; sole and personal nature: a person of marked individuality.

That’s what I want my individuality sessions to exude. I want the person’s character to really shine through. That is my goal with these sessions.

This is Devon. She is the wonderful photographer who took my own family’s photos back in May. We have become friends in the short time we have known each other and have had a great time talking photography. She needed some photos for her new website and blog that she is putting together so we ventured out to get some shots of her. We went down to the river bottom and decided to venture over into the nature reserve side of the park and found an amazing setting.

Hot!

It’s finally hot outside…and you know what that means…time to break out the kiddie pool!

This past weekend was a beautiful 27 degrees here in lovely Lethbridge so we took advantage. Hanging out in our backyard is one of our favorite things to do when the sun is this hot. It’s so nice to just sit back, grab a drink, soak up the sun and have absolutely nothing to do. My son just loves splashing around in his little kiddie pool and chasing us with his water gun. It’s just good times to be had by everyone.
I have my first wedding of the season this coming Saturday so I hope the weather is just as beautiful! I’m a bit nervous but really excited to get the wedding season rolling! Stay tuned for a blog post!

And of course no blog post would be complete without a photo…so here is my son having fun in his kiddie pool. I hope you are enjoying the sun as much as we are:)

And yes I realize his bum crack is hanging out…I don’t know what it is about this kid but it seems like his bum crack starts at his shoulders!
