Monthly Archives: July 2010 Melissa contacted me about getting some family photos done of her entire family for her parent’s 30th anniversary. So Saturday morning, bright and early, we set out for our session. It was really hot out already and the mosquitoes were out in full force. I thought just maybe we’d avoid the heat and the mosquitoes but no luck. This fam was fun and super easy to work with.

-Shelley  It’s Candace and Chris again! These two were so great and put up with the ridiculous swarms of mosquitoes everywhere! They seemed to follow us wherever we went. We did our session at the Clay Factory in Medicine Hat. It was a pretty cool location with a fair bit of diversity, which I always love. At the end of our session the light was so beautiful…I had to make myself stop shooting!
-Shelley  This is my friend Sara. She’s gone through some big changes in her life recently with a new move and a new amazing job. So we wanted to go out and snap a few photos in celebration of the start of this new chapter in her life.
