Jennifer + Ben // Engaged

This was a really great session. Jennifer and Ben were really easy to photograph and were up for anything. We started our session off downtown and then went down to Pavan Park to finish up the session. The weather was perfect and the sunset was beautiful. I have so many favorites from this session…so here are a bunch!

Photo displays…

People often don’t know where to start when putting together a photo display of their images. As a photographer, I have a ton of photos on my walls. So I thought I’d give a little peek into what one of my favorite photo displays in my own home looks like.

I’ll probably be adding a few more knick knacks and possibly a couple more gallery wraps and a few more small prints in some quirky frames before I’m 100% satisfied. Don’t be afraid to layer your photos, to put them in mismatched frames, to really show the personality of your family through your photo display. I also tell people to not be afraid of getting big prints. That 16×24 gallery wrap really isn’t that big and looks so great with a grouping of different sizes. If you have any questions or would like me to suggest what groupings and sizing would look great in your home please feel free to ask.

Alyssa…the last one for awhile

This is the last session with Alyssa for awhile. We’ve had a great time at our sessions and we’ve gotten some great images. Now it’s time for her to focus on her competition for Miss Teen Canada World. She’ll be heading to Toronto in July to compete with girls across Canada for the title. If you’d like to lend your support to Alyssa on her journey you can ‘like’ her Facebook page or you can email her at amahovlic@hotmail.com. She has been through an amazing journey in her life, I’ve been proud to be apart of this process and to have been able to help her and lend my support.
