Category Archives: LifestyleThis is my #2 favorite song. I could listen to this song all day on repeat and never get sick of it. When it came out on one of the Rock Band games I was super stoked! I bought it just for that song! And I rock at it! LOL “Interstate Love Song” by Stone Temple Pilots from the album “Purple”. Ok, I know this song is a HUGE departure from last weeks but a girl’s gotta have some guilty pleasures in life right!? I normally would never admit that I like music like this but in reality there are always a handful that come out that become my guilty pleasure music. I don’t know what it is about it, it’s sexy, sultry and just a little bit different than the typical pop song that normally comes out. “Somebody to love” by Leighton Meester ft. Robin Thicke I had the pleasure of helping my friend and fellow photog, Devon, out on a handful of shoots last summer. We just met last February and become fast friends. We started shooting together when I talked her into shooting a wedding with me last June, we found we work quite well together so we decided to try to shoot together a little more often. We have a blast and really love shooting together:) Hopefully we can go out a few times together this season too.

It was a decent year for me and I had some wonderful clients. I hope that 2010 will be even better for my family and my business. Here are my favorites from 2009, a mishmash of everything:

Some of my favorite images I took were from the workshop I went to in August with Rob & Lauren Photographers. I learned a ton and really found my editing style thanks to Rob & Lauren.
This image is a close second for favorite of the year.
I also met and have become great friends with fellow local photog, Devon, with whom I shot a fair bit with in ’09. She also did a couple of photo sessions for my family, which we so appreciate, and in turn we ventured out and I shot some images for her. I am thankful for new friends :) Tomorrow I’m going to blog my favorites from sessions I shot with her. Check back tomorrow! Enjoy! |
