FINE ART ALBUMS

One of my favorite products that I offer are the fine art albums. I really feel like getting an album is the perfect way to really tell the story of your wedding day. That is why for my 2012 wedding season I am offering a fine art album in each of my wedding collections.

The albums lay-flat and are printed on beautiful matte paper that is smudge proof and fingerprint proof. The pages have a bit of a thickness to them but are not as thick as flush mount albums. If you are wondering, flush mount albums have quite thick pages that cannot be bent (think of the pages in a child’s cardboard book but obviously much nicer!) and are made up of photographic paper. As you will be able to see from the last image in this post, these pages still have a thick, sturdiness to them but I like them much better than the thick flush mount ones and I really love the matte finish.

These photos really don’t do the albums justice! I do have a handful of sample albums so when you book your consultation I will be bringing them along for you to take a peek at.

From left to right: 8×8, 10×10 and 12×9

There is no gutter down the middle of the album so I am able to design in complete spreads (think of it as you have a book open in front of you, that’s a spread) with there being just a slight crease down the middle of each spread.

New branding materials!

I’m a total nerd when it comes to business cards, thank you cards, etc. I’m in love with my new logo and how it looks on paper. I was so excited for all of my branding materials to finally come in so I could start using and sharing them.

Featured Product // Gallery Wrapped Canvas

I’m going to feature a few products that I really love in hopes to show clients, in better detail, what the product is.

First up is gallery wrapped canvases. These are one of my favorite products. They look beautiful hung on the wall and really give that wow factor. I have a few in my home and love them! I’m in the process of creating a wall in my home with numerous 12″x12″ wraps grouped together.

These are 12″x12″.

Gallery wraps are 1.5″ thick and wrap all the way around to the back onto a wooden frame with an enclosed back. They come ready to be hung.

This really shows the texture of the canvas.

And don’t be afraid to go big. A lot of people think that a 20″x30″ canvas is really huge but in reality it really isn’t very big at all. I say the bigger the better! But when in doubt, measure the space you want the wrap hung and see what size or sizes would really work for your space.

If you are interested in one of these beautiful wraps or have more questions please just let me know!
